1. Introduction These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile game "Unsqueezable" (the “Game”), developed and published by Games From The Loop, a solo artist and developer based in Poland (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. License to Use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Game.

3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Cheat, use automation, bots, or hacks
- Modify, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Upload scores or data that do not reflect fair gameplay
- Use the Game in any unlawful manner
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent ban.

4. In-App Purchases
The Game offers optional in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Prices and features may change at any time.

5. Intellectual Property
All content in the Game, including design, artwork, sound, mechanics, and branding, is owned by Games From The Loop or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Game will be error-free or continuously available.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or interruptions.

8. Age Restrictions
The Game is intended for users aged 16 and older. If you are under 16, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Game’s operation.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.
